Pastor of Adult Ministries

The Bridge is seeking a full-time Pastor who will be leading our Adult Ministry team. The Pastor of Adult Ministry is a high-character leader who is on the teaching team and oversees the adult ministries. In this role, they will be responsible for aligning all adult ministry areas to execute The Bridge’s one-year goals and strategic focus. They are passionate about developing and training leaders who disciple others to center their lives on Jesus and live out the Gospel.

Pastor or Director of Junior High Ministry

The Bridge is seeking a full-time Pastor/Director who will be a vital part of the Student Ministry team, partnering with and serving under the Pastor of Student Ministries. Their Primary area of leadership will be in either High School or Junior High, depending on the candidate’s passion and gifting. More broadly, they will also collaborate with the entire team to further the overall vision of The Bridge Student Ministry.

Pastor or Director of Children's Ministry

The Bridge is seeking a full-time Pastor/Director of Children's Ministry. The Pastor/Director of Children’s Ministry is a high-character leader who oversees all aspects of ministry for birth through 5th grade. In this role, they will be responsible for aligning the vision and strategy for all children’s ministry areas as well as direct oversight of the elementary ministry (1st-5th grade). They are excited to recruit, develop, and retain volunteers who are effective in engaging children.

Midweek - Worker

We are seeking responsible and dependable individuals who enjoy working with children, to join our team. This position involves providing safe and nurturing care for infants and young children durning Bible studies and special events. This is a part-time position.
