Sunday Worship Gatherings

It might sound cliché, but we really do invite you to just come as you are. Even if you have never attended a church before, we welcome you to come, and we’d love to help you get connected. We hope you encounter the truth and love of God and leave encouraged to follow Jesus and center your life on Him.

The Bridge Bible Church is located at 12225 Stockdale Highway in Bakersfield, CA.

Join us indoors, outdoors, or online, whatever feels right for you.

When You Arrive

Stop by our Welcome Center or talk with any of our greeters to let us know you’re here and ask any questions.

Make sure to arrive a few minutes early so you have time to check your kids into Kid’s Ministry, grab a free drink from the Café, and let one of our ushers help you find a seat.

What to Expect

Sunday Gatherings

Our Sunday services are about 1 hour and 20 minutes long and are designed for your whole family to experience God, grow spiritually, and connect with others. Here are some things you can be excited to experience on a Sunday morning.

A diverse congregation sits in a dimly lit auditorium, with many people raising their hands in an act of worship or prayer during a service.

A Community For You

Our gatherings are more than a program; they’re a place to build relationships with others who are also following Jesus and centering their lives on Him.

All are welcome to come and experience the presence of Jesus here!

Three women stand in a dimly lit room. A pregnant woman in the center and an older woman on the right raise their hands while singing in a group.

Worship Through Music

We seek to create an environment where people are invited into the presence of the living God. Our desire is to be a community that allows the Holy Spirit to draw us into genuine worship as we respond to God’s grace.

A group of men gathers in a dimly lit room. Several men embrace and place their hands on each other's shoulders in a moment of prayer and support.

Prayer & Response

We make space for prayer, both corporate and individual, inviting you to respond personally to what God is doing in your life.

We have a prayer team ready to pray with you at the end of each service if you are needing prayer.

Biblical Teaching

We have a team of pastors who preach from God’s Word, the Bible, each week. We believe that the Bible is God’s Truth, given to us to learn how to love God and love others as we live and follow after Him. We not only seek to help people understand God’s Word but to live it in their everyday life.

Kids at the Bridge

There’s something for everyone! Our kid’s programs are available for all ages, infant-5th grade, during all of our Sunday gatherings. In Kidmin, your child will learn truth from the Bible, and how it relates to their life in an age-appropriate way.

The lessons are fun, approachable and taught by incredible volunteers and staff who serve Jesus by serving you and your kids.
